**Description**

Met als standplaats Brussel en rapporterend aan de HR Manager voor België en Luxemburg, bestaan je verantwoordelijkheden uit het volgende:
Talent Acquisition:

- Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van aanwervingen voor België om ervoor te zorgen dat tijdig, effectief en kosteneffectief aan de huidige en toekomstige aanwervingsbehoeften wordt voldaan.
- Nauw samenwerken met hiring managers om proactief top
- en divers talent te selecteren en aan te werven. Je staat bekend als een echte adviseur en consultant die een cultuur van diversiteit en inclusie stimuleert.
- Met uw expertise in werving en selectie verbetert u de sourcingkanalen, talentpijplijnen en talentpools om de kwaliteit en diversiteit van de aanwervingen te ontwikkelen.
- Opzetten en beheren van relaties met wervingsbureaus.
- Ervoor zorgen dat we accurate gegevens hebben om te delen met HR-partners, aanwervingsmanagers en voor alle rapportagedoeleinden.
- De communicatie met kandidaten gedurende het hele wervingsproces beheren en een voorstander zijn van een positieve ervaring voor kandidaten.
- Assisteren bij het papierwerk van nieuwe medewerkers en optreden als eerste contactpersoon bij het inwerken van de nieuwe medewerker en de introductie in het bedrijf.

Ontwikkeling van mensen:

- Consolideer upskilling behoeften in een training ontwikkelingsplan en het verwerven van een gedegen kennis van Learning and Development articulatie voor ons personeelsbestand.
- Ontwikkelen van inzicht in de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en de belangrijkste personeelszaken, zodat u begeleiding, uitdaging en oplossingen kunt bieden die zijn afgestemd op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- Ondersteunen van ad hoc HR projecten op land/cluster niveau om talenten te ontwikkelen.
- Coördineren van partnerschappen met onze aanbieders van opleidingen.

HR-ondersteuning
- Ondersteuning bieden aan de HR Manager door deel te nemen aan diverse HR programma's of activiteiten, deze te ontwikkelen of uit te voeren.
- Het onboarding proces beheren en ondersteuning bieden in de levenscyclus van werknemers, zoals bijvoorbeeld het exit gesprek.
- Meewerken aan projecten als Top Employer, welzijnsprogramma's, verbetering van de diversiteit, enz.
- Ontwikkelen van rapportage om actieplannen te begeleiden in samenwerking met HR management en de business.
- Coördineren met andere HR Professionals (Talent Acquisition; HRSS; Global Employee Relations) om consistentie in aanpak en naleving van bedrijfsbrede HR programma's en beleid te waarborgen.

**Profile**
- U hebt een masterdiploma in human resources of aanverwante studies.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een HR-functie waarbij je ervaring hebt opgedaan in Talent Acquisition en People Development.
- Uitstekend Engels en Frans of Nederlands
- Je bent bedreven in het gebruik van MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Je hebt een passie voor het ontwikkelen van aanwervingsmethoden om top
- en divers talent aan te trekken.
- Je hebt bewezen dat je kunt gedijen en presteren in een internationale en snelle omgeving.
