**Description du poste** Le département**
Au sein d’Infrastructure Operations, le département Service Delivery est responsable de la réalisation de tous les raccordements des clients au réseau de fibre optique d’Eurofiber. Nous utilisons pour cela une méthode de travail axée sur les projets et les processus, ce qui nous permet de travailler de manière fiable et efficace.
**La fonction**
En tant qu’Order Manager, vous êtes chargé(e) d’informer nos clients sur les projets en cours. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les différents chefs de projet responsables de la gestion de nos entrepreneurs. Dans ce cadre, vous êtes responsable:
- du démarrage opérationnel du client ;
- du suivi des informations relatives aux projets et du rapportage à ce sujet ;
- du traitement des changements dans les travaux en cours ;
- du contact intermédiaire avec le client pour le tenir informé de l’état d’avancement de son projet ;
- de l’envoi de notifications Ready For Service aux clients ;
- de la vérification et du traitement de l’administration du réseau ;
- de l’analyse des données et de l’amélioration de la méthode de travail actuelle.
En tant qu’Order Manager, vous êtes également responsable de bout en bout des projets réguliers qui vous sont confiés.
Dans cette fonction, vous êtes placé(e) sous la responsabilité du Team Leader Order Management.
**Qualifications** Votre profil**
- Vous disposez d’un diplôme de bachelier ou d’un niveau de réflexion équivalent et vous avez au minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans une fonction administrative ou orientée processus.
- Vous contrôlez de manière proactive la réalisation des projets qui vous sont confiés.
- Vous avez des notions en matière de processus de gestion de projet.
- Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue FR-NL et avez une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Vous avez une bonne compréhension des chiffres, une attitude de travail orientée vers le client et le service, un esprit pratique et aimez participer à la réflexion de l’organisation.
- Une expérience de travail dans une structure matricielle est un atout.
- Vous maîtrisez bien MS Office et apprenez rapidement à vous servir de nouveaux systèmes.
