**We are seeking an experienced and**mature Business Technology Manager**to join our consulting firm's Business Technology team.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**In your role as Manager in the Business Technology Team, you will help our clients on strategic projects and their transformation journeys**:

- **Possess a strong business mindset and be able to communicate the value of IT solutions to clients.**:

- **Inversely, understand business challenges and how IT solutions can provide an answer to those.**:

- **Understand the specificities of the telecom industry such as OSS/BSS and service-oriented industries**:

- **Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, including business development and proposal writing**:

- **Understand complex client problems and identify their needs and challenges**:

- **Provide strategic guidance to clients and build strong client relationships**:

- **Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest digital trends**

**_Note: While experience in the telecom industry is mandatory, the role will involve working on projects across a range of industries. _**

**_PERSONAL SKILLS _**
- **_You are fluent in Dutch or French as well as English, plus you have practical knowledge of the other Belgian national language. _**
- **_You are a digital native, you are eager to learn and want to grow rapidly in our organization _**

- **_You have a can-do mentality _**
- **_You have very strong interpersonal skills, including but not limited to verbal and written communication skills up to CxO level _**

**_PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE _**
- **_You have at least 6 years of experience as a strategy or management consultant, mostly in the telecom industry _**
- **_You have pragmatic experience in business and IT architecture _**
- **_You have outstanding management consulting engagement management track record, as well as the personal ambition to support/drive business development activities _**
- **_You have the ability to empathize with clients at CxO level, you can manage politically challenging environments and you can work under pressure and with demanding timeframes/deadlines _**
- **_You have strong general consulting skills and the ability to overcome internal barriers through drive, determination and influencing skills _**
- **_You have a very strong interest in the digital world
- **

**_EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND _**
- **_You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT. _**
- **_A MBA or an additional Master’s degree is a plus. _**
- **_A postgraduate in Telco-related matters is a plus_
