Om het team van The Business Analysts (deel van de Cronos Group) te versterken zoeken we een toegewijde en vakkundige Functional Analyst. Onze ideale collega hecht belang aan community-feel en verkiest een open omgeving waarin eigen input gestimuleerd wordt.
The Business Analysts is een dynamisch en snelgroeiend bedrijf, gericht op State-Of-The-Art Business oplossingen aan de hand van sterk onderbouwde analysetechnieken, Agile Project Management en een doordachte Enterprise Architectuur.
Momenteel bestaat The Business Analysts uit meer dan 60 consultants. Dit maakt dat we over een brede waaier aan ervaring en expertise beschikken. Als groep vormt The Business Analysts een hecht team van consultants die hun job met passie uitoefenen.
Jouw job
Als onze collega ben je in staat om volgende taken op te nemen
Als functionele analist vorm je de brug tussen de operationele kant van de organisatie enerzijds en de IT anderzijds;
Je staat in voor de interpretatie van business analyses om zo een deel ervan om te zetten in een functionele analyse;
Je gaat op zoek naar de behoeften van de organisatie, eindgebruikers en of stakeholders en vertaalt deze in een functionele analyse. Jouw analyse is vervolgens de aanzet tot de technische analyse;
Je verzorgt de link tussen de business en het implementatie team (testers en developers);
Je hebt kennis van de behavorial diagrams van UML (use-cases, sequence diagram, activity diagram,...) en kan deze modelleren met verschillende modelleertools afhankelijk van de voorkeur van de klant;
Je hebt ervaring met User stories en kennis van Agile en Scrum binnen de context van bovenvermelde taken.
Jouw profiel
Je hebt min. 2jaar ervaring als functionele analist;
Je bezit een "Can-Do" mentaliteit en je hebt zin voor initiatief;
Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden, een conceptueel denkvermogen en goede interpersoonlijke skills;
Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en je kan prioriteiten stellen, omgaan met deadlines;
Je hebt een grondige kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
