**Your profile**:

- You have several years of relevant professional experience with Salesforce and database management.
- You are strong in analysing large amounts of data, and you are comfortable with complex data structures.
- You have experience with SQL; knowledge of Python is a plus.
- You like working with figures, and administrative tasks do not scare you.
- You draw strong motivation from the values and objectives of Greenpeace.
- You are organised and very precise in your work.
- You are able to tackle several projects at once autonomously.
- You are proficient in English, and preferably also in Dutch or French.

**Greenpeace** is looking for a **CRM Administrator & Data Analyst** (one position / one person) who dreams of working for a better environment and is looking for a challenge in an internationally structured NGO.

**Your principal tasks**:

- Be responsible for all projects related to our Salesforce CRM and data warehouse.
- Act as internal and external contact regarding our CRM and data warehouse.
- Support your colleagues with direct mailing, telemarketing, and online projects.
- Support the Marketing & Fundraising Director with data to define the fundraising strategy and annual planning.
- Analyse and report on KPIs and overall trends in the database.
