Voor het team Process, Project, Change binnen Sales Development & Performance zijn wij op zoek naar een Salesforce Administrator.
Je taken
Ben jij een expert in het beheer van de CRM-tool Salesforce? Is het jouw passie om soepele, efficiënte en innoverende werkprocessen in te voeren? Voel je je comfortabel in een commerciële en dynamische werkomgeving? Werk je graag samen met zowel de gebruikers van de applicatie als met de IT-medewerkers die je ondersteunen bij de ontwikkelingen?
In het kader van de begeleiding van onze multidistributiestrategie zijn we op zoek naar een Salesforce Administrator om ons team aan te vullen. Hij/zij zal werken in een dynamisch departement met tal van uiteenlopende veranderingsprojecten en -trajecten, zoals de digitalisering van het agentennetwerk van P&V (remote selling, CRM enz.), de optimalisatie van de gegevensbeheerstromen van onze tussenpersonen (Vivium-makelaars, P&V-agenten, partnerships) of de voortdurende verbetering van de bestaande processen.
Als Salesforce Administrator verleen je vanuit het departement 'Sales Project, Process & Change' van Channel Management ondersteuning aan de commerciële directies van de P&V Groep. In dat verband neem je deel aan een reeks initiatieven (change & run) die de commerciële ambities ondersteunen en de voortdurende optimalisering van de bestaande werkprocessen garanderen. In samenwerking met de Product Owner, de Business Analysts en het IT delivery team (Mulesoft) sta je in voor de configuratie in Salesforce en begeleid je de implementatie volledig en transversaal. Je biedt ook ondersteuning en begeleiding aan de eindgebruikers van Salesforce en de satelliettoepassingen ervan (Skedify, Jitterbit enz.).
**Je voornaamste taken**:
- Je ontwikkelt nieuwe functionaliteiten in Salesforce (configuratie, flows, dashboards enz.).
- Je kijkt kritisch naar en doorgrondt de business requirements voor elk nieuw initiatief dat aan de backlog wordt toegevoegd.
- Je staat in voor het onderhoud en de continue verbetering van de drie bestaande Salesforce-orgs.
- Je implementeert en onderhoudt commerciële dashboards en rapporten.
- Je staat in voor het user management en de servicing van de eindgebruikers (mailbox enz.).
- Je stelt documentatie op over de nieuwe projecten of over de wijzigingen die werden aangebracht aan de bestaande processen/systemen (waaronder opleidingsmateriaal).
- Je fungeert als expert voor de applicatie in het Salesforce delivery team dat CRM (Customer Relationship Management) en DRM (Distribution Relationship Management) beheert.
Je profiel
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma (of een masterdiploma) economie, handelswetenschappen of IT, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt een IT-achtergrond en minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring met configuratie in Salesforce (of een andere CRM-toepassing).
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de verschillende Salesforce-componenten (objects, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, process builder & flows, reporting & dashboarding, dataloader enz.) en je hebt ervaring met release en deployment management.
- Je beschikt over een degelijke kennis van Excel en de overige programma's van de Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, PowerPoint enz.).
- Je bent een echte teamspeler en je kunt goed communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je bent gewend om samen te werken aan transversale projecten. Werkervaring in Agile
- of Scrum-verband en het gebruik van 'Jira' is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een luisterend oor voor je interne en externe klanten, je hebt een goed analytisch vermogen en behoudt het overzicht, en je gaat logisch te werk.
- Je hebt een hands-onmentaliteit en je bent proactief, klantgericht en zeer goed georganiseerd. Je werkt oplossingsgericht, pragmatisch en nauwkeurig en je hebt oog voor detail.
- Je bent autonoom, flexibel, betrokken en in staat om aan meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd te werken en je bent goed bestand tegen stress.
- Je kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands of het Frans en je beheerst ook de tweede landstaal. Passieve kennis van het Engels is een meerwaarde.
