Poste : Consultant Fonctionnel Senior Power Platform
Lieu : Bruxelles, Belgique
Hybride : 2-3 jours par semaine sur site chez le client
Langues requises : Maîtrise du néerlandais ou du français et maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais.
Aperçu du rôle
Rejoignez le Centre d’Excellence Automation en tant que Consultant Fonctionnel Power Platform. Dans ce rôle, vous serez le lien entre les besoins métiers et l’implémentation technique en recueillant, analysant et traduisant les besoins métier en spécifications Power Platform. Votre expertise sera cruciale pour concevoir des solutions innovantes, animer des ateliers et garantir la réussite de la livraison des projets.
Responsabilités
- Effectuer une analyse des écarts et définir les exigences fonctionnelles.
- Concevoir des solutions Power Platform, y compris l’architecture des solutions.
- Animer des ateliers pour recueillir les exigences et partager les meilleures pratiques.
- Préparer la documentation détaillée, y compris les plans de tests et les conceptions des solutions.
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour résoudre les problèmes liés à Power Platform.
- Réaliser et superviser les tests d’acceptation utilisateur.
Compétences requises
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans la collecte des exigences et la conception de solutions pour Power Platform.
- Compétences avancées dans:
- Power Apps (Canvas et Model-Driven) et Power Automate/Desktop.
- Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online et AI Builder.
- Techniques d’analyse fonctionnelle, telles que la définition de personas, user stories, la modélisation des processus et des données, et les maquettes d’écrans.
- Collecte des exigences, y compris la présentation, le conseil, le brainstorming et l’animation d’ateliers.
- Analyse technique et architecture des solutions basées sur Power Platform.
- Compétences intermédiaires en Power BI et Copilot Studio.
- Expertise en tant que product owner, y compris la définition du backlog, la coordination des sprints et la gestion des releases.
- Maîtrise du néerlandais ou du français et maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais.
Compétences préférées
- Expérience dans les grandes entreprises, en particulier dans le secteur financier.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse, avec un souci du détail.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d’équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Familiarité avec les pratiques de développement Agile, telles que Scrum et Kanban.
