We currently have an immediate opportunity for an REGIONAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR FOR EUR/MEA to join the SALES TEAM, part of our GLOBAL KGA TEAM.
This position can be based in the UK or in Belgium. Travelling up to 40% required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing the business-getting function for key customer(s) on a regional basis
- Responsible for promoting and selling a variety of Flavors and Flavor concepts and delivery systems to a large KGA Food and Beverage customer
- Global coordination, facilitation, driving, leading, collaborating with internal teams and external customers
- Develops and leads regional sales strategies to satisfy business plan objectives, as well as maximize sales opportunities via a territory/account plans
- Provides clients with general and specific information regarding product concepts, submission documents and presentations
- Promotes a collaborative relationship with the internal teams in order to meet the customer’s needs and optimize the level of service
- Understands clients’ supply chain to adapt the service level in the optimal way
- Keeps abreast of competitive activities, prices, and new business opportunities
- Issues comprehensive action reports as per client’s briefs
- Implements corporate commercial strategies including but not limited to delivering appropriate GM & PM according to pricing tool directives
- Works with legal and corporate compliance on corporate agreements, standards and policies, i.e., contractual agreements.

**We Value**
- Technical Degree in Food Science or related work experience
- Minimum 10+ years of Flavor sales experience
- Demonstrated leadership as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including building strong working relationships internally and externally
- Diverse selling background across Food & Beverage Customers, including a proven success leading effective negotiations
- Ability to partner across all levels of seniority at the client (senior management, key decision makers)
- Strong influencing skills to deliver business imperatives.
