Functieomschrijving

Doelstelling

Als Employee Logistics verzorg je alle activiteiten met betrekking tot het plannen, regelen, en administratief verwerken van de nationale en internationale transporten van en naar (inter)nationale Hubs en depots.

Wat ga je in de rol van Employee Logistics doen?
- Je staat in voor het opmaken van de planning voor grotere volumes zowel nationaal als internationaal
- Je houdt steeds rekening met de benodigde netwerkconnecties, beschikbare slots, verwachtingen van de klant alsook de kostenefficiëntie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de verwachte kwaliteitsnormen nageleefd worden
- Je volgt de gemaakte planning op en communiceert nauwkeurig en proactief naar interne afdelingen alsook naar de klanten toe
- Je verzorgt de administratie voor de transporten (o.a. douaneformaliteiten): je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling zodat ook de facturatie correct kan doorgaan
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan de Logistics Manager bij het opmaken van periodieke overzichten, rapportages en analyses
- Je ondersteunt en zoekt op een proactieve manier mee naar oplossingen voor ad hoc escalaties in de logistieke activiteiten binnen en buiten Belux

Profiel
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een administratief, logistieke functie
- Ervaring met transportplanning en dispatching is een pluspunt
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands maar kan je ook goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
- Je houdt ervan te plannen en organiseren en bent probleemoplossend ingesteld
- Je beschikt over een goede stressbestendigheid en werkt graag klantgericht

Oplossingen voorstellen bij problemen
- Documenten voor internationaal goederenverkeer opstellen en controleren (douanefactuur, unieke administratieve aangifte, kredietbrief,...)
- De facturering van transit
- of douaneactiviteiten voorbereiden, opvolgen of controleren (betaling leveranciers, douaneheffingen, aangifte van uitwisselingen van goederen,...)
- Een plan opstellen voor het transport of natransport van goederen (dienstverleners, reserveringen, combinatie van transportwijzen,...)
- De administratieve formaliteiten vervullen voor een transportdienst (vervoerdocument), luchtvrachtbrief (luchttransport), BL (zeetransport), CMR (wegtransport), CIM (spoortransport,...)
