**Job**:
Your tasks:

- Configuration of software parameters and master data to meet business requirements
- Test Applications and new software versions, “Go live” support after introduction of new solutions
- Assessing issues, analysing error trends and developing functionality changes to improve the way of working
- Convey technical information in a way that non-technical colleagues can understand
- Supporting the processing of service requests
- Escalating unresolved incidents to service providers

**Profile**:

- You have a solid background in IT Infrastructure and Application Management
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in French, Dutch and English
- You have an analytical mind and are very detail-oriented
- You are committed to quality
- You can thrive in complex environments
- A Innovative spirit is vital
- You are customer and service oriented
- You are able to collaborate by building partnerships and work together with colleagues to meet shared objectives
- Notions of IT development and/or Data Management is an asset
