**Job omschrijving**:
Onze klant is een gekende verzekeringsmakelaar met hoofdkantoor in Brussel. Ze bieden uitgebreide verzekeringspakketten voor de non-profit sector. Ze bieden een stabiele werkomgeving en een fijne collegiale sfeer. Voor het IT team zijn ze op zoek naar een IT Support Expert. Je krijgt de kans om deze rol te combineren met het up-to-date houden van de IT-systemen.
**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Support Engineer kom je terecht in een gedreven team en ben je de rechterhand van de IT manager. Je zorgt voor de technische ondersteuning van eindgebruikers. Je zorgt ervoor dat ze snel en efficiënt verder geholpen worden bij al hun Windowsgerelateerde problemen. Daarnaast combineer je deze ondersteunende rol met een System Engineeringrol. Hierbij sta je in voor de performantie van IT-systemen en grijpt in bij problemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat issues en bugs worden verholpen. Je stelt technische documentatie, procedures en handleidingen op. Op die manier kan je een deel van de problemen elimineren waardoor je gefocust kan werken. Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers zorg je voor een klantgerichte aanpak. Je zal technische zaken moeten uitleggen aan niet-technische collega’s. Je maakt ze wegwijs in systemen en het dagdagelijkse hard
- en softwaregebruik.
**Profielomschrijving**:
- Je hebt een IT opleiding afgerond of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je beschikt over een eerste werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie;
- Je hebt kennis van meerdere van volgende technologieën en leert in deze domein graag bij Windows gebaseerde besturingsystemen, Office 365, Teams, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Vmware;
- Kennis van Microsoft Azure cloud en/of AWS cloud is een plus;
- Je bent een echte teamplayer: je stimuleert samenwerking en staat onze medewerkers altijd vriendelijk te woord;
- Je wil vooruitgaan: je blijft bijleren en bouwt mee aan een steeds sterker team;
- Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en Frans.
