**Functie omschrijving**: Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is gespecialiseerd in het testen van (bio)farmaceutische grondstoffen, tussenproducten en geneesmiddelen. Het laboratorium in Nazareth (Gent) verricht een zeer divers pakket aan analyses voor een groot aantal nationale en internationale klanten binnen de (bio)farmaceutische industrie. Voor analyses die niet in Nazareth uitgevoerd kunnen worden, worden stalen verzonden naar andere Eurofins Laboratoria. Gevolg is dat het Lab te maken heeft met een grote stroom aan stalen. Als Project Testing Officer ondersteun je het lab met een aantal belangrijke taken:
- Receptie en registratie van stalen in een geavanceerd LIMS-systeem
- Tijdige en efficiënte verzending van stalen naar andere Eurofins laboratoria en klanten
- Opvolging en communicatie omtrent de status van analyses, zowel intern als extern
- Rapportering van resultaten en certificaten aan klanten, waarbij je de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen naleeft.
- Ondersteuning van nauwkeurige en tijdige verwerking bij de klantenfacturatie
- Beheer van interne en externe stabiliteitsstudies, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat alle processen voldoen aan de geldende richtlijnen
- Archivering van documenten om ervoor te zorgen dat we altijd kunnen terugvallen op belangrijke informatie.
- Ondersteuning van het team bij diverse administratieve taken en werk je volgens de procedures van ons GMP-kwaliteitssysteem
**Profiel kandidaat**: Je bent sterk klantgericht, stressbestendig en in staat om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
- Je hebt een hogere opleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur een Bachelor in een wetenschappelijke richting.
- Communicatief ben je sterk en je kunt je vlot uitdrukken in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels (kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt).
