- Je komt als meewerkend ploegchef terecht bij een gerenommeerd specialist in installatiewerkzaamheden binnen infrastructuurprojecten en gebouwen (tertiair en industrieel)
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de montage, bedrading en bekabeling van automatische regelingen van HVAC-installaties
- Je werkt in gebouwen zoals kantoren, ziekenhuizen
- Je voert je werk zelfstandig uit op basis van elektrische schema’s en zorgt dat technische plannen en schema’s as built zijn
- Je stuurt een team van medewerkers aan en doet de nodige controles van het werk
- Je staat in voor het opmaken van werk
- en personeelsplanningen, je volgt prestaties op en doet aan wagenbeheer
- Je bestelt het nodige materiaal voor op de werf en neemt deze ook in ontvangst
- Je maakt een juiste inschatting van de nodige tijd en middelen voor het efficiënt uitvoeren van diverse projecten
- Je staat in nauw contact met je verantwoordelijke waarbij je een regelmatige update geeft over de lopende werken op de werf
- Je zorgt dat de regels rond veiligheid en milieuwetgeving correct opgevolgd worden en je stelt eventuele onregelmatigheden vast

- Je behaalde een A2-diploma richting elektriciteit of elektromechanica of hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring opgedaan van minstens 5 jaar binnen HVAC
- Je kan je werk op een zelfstandige manier uitvoeren en organiseren
- Je ben een geboren teamleader die toegankelijk is en een voorbeeldrol opneemt
- Je bent gemotiveerd, flexibel en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn voor jou zeer belangrijk: je straalt dit ook uit naar je team
- Je bent in het bezit van een VCA‐attest
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen
- Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en hebt een goede kennis Frans en Engels
- Je bent flexibel om vroeg op te starten en je te verplaatsen naar diverse werven binnen de regio Gent
