Het Boeteplatform van de FOD Justitie richt zich op het snel, betrouwbaar en volledig innen en opvolgen van boetes. Ons doel is rechtvaardigheid voor daders en ondersteuning voor slachtoffers te bevorderen. Door ketenpartners te voorzien van de juiste informatie en expertise, optimaliseren we de ondersteunende processen en versterken we de geloofwaardigheid naar burgers toe.

Als Product Owner maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair ontwikkelteam waarin je reeds ontwikkelde producten en oplossingen verder beheert. Samen met de andere Product Owners en medewerkers zorg je voor de goede dagdagelijkse werking en ondersteuning van de producten van het Boeteplatform.

**Taakomschrijving**

Als Product Owner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van specifieke producten of diensten binnen het Boeteplatform. Jouw rol omvat het volgende:

- Je begrijpt de behoeften en doelstellingen van het Boeteplatform en zorgt ervoor dat de ontwikkelde producten en oplossingen in lijn zijn met de strategische doelen van de organisatie.
- Je werkt samen met belanghebbenden om eventuele knelpunten of problemen in de ontwikkelde producten en oplossingen te identificeren en op te lossen.
- Je stelt een productbacklog op (inclusief acceptatiecriteria) en beheert deze, in overeenstemming met de programmamanager.
- Je volgt de product roadmap op, met name voor de producten die aan jou zijn toegewezen, waarbij je zowel technologische als functionele innovaties opvolgt.
- Je faciliteert business werkgroepen en consolideert de resultaten in concrete oplossingen voor alle stakeholders.
- Je werkt nauw samen met programmamanagement en andere Product Owners. Je rapporteert aan de programmamanager over de voortgang en resultaten van het product.
- Je kent de jouw toegewezen producten door en door. Je geeft ook uitleg, demo’s en opleidingen in de toegewezen producten indien gevraagd.
- Je denkt mee aan verbeterpunten voor de producten en zorgt voor een optimale inzet van het product budget.

- Minimaal 4 jaar relevante professionele ervaring als Product Owner of in een vergelijkbare rol.
- Wat moet je kunnen en kennen?_
- Sterk begrip van productbeheer en -ontwikkeling.
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
- Vermogen om strategische doelen te vertalen naar operationele acties.
- Ervaring met Agile methodologieën en het beheren van productbacklogs.
- In staat om effectief te rapporteren en problemen tijdig te signaleren en op te lossen.
- Welke talen beheers je?_

Je komt terecht in een tweetalige omgeving. Daarom is kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans noodzakelijk voor effectieve deelname aan vergaderingen en discussies met belanghebbenden.
