Als Product Owner definieer en beheer je de visie en roadmap voor onze nieuwe front-end applicatie ‘FACE’. Face is de nieuwe applicatie van onze commerciële diensten voor alle segmenten. Samen met de feature owner bepaal je de toekomst van de verdere ontwikkeling voor alle front bankiers.
**De job in een notendop**
Samen met cross-functionele teams, zoals ontwikkelaars, designers en andere stakeholders, zorg je ervoor dat de applicatie voldoet aan de behoeften van het bedrijf en de gebruikers.
Je bewaakt de coherentie over het design system, de bibliotheek met alle componenten en grafische elementen van onze user interface.
Je team bestaat uit 3 business feature designers, een 10-tal ontwikkelaars en solution designers. Jouw rol hierin is het beheer van de product backlog. Deze moet steeds up-to date zijn en de bankprioriteiten weerspiegelen.
Een typische werkdag bestaat uit het beleggen van ux refinements, deelname aan de daily scrum meetings, rapporteren over de voortgang aan alle belanghebbenden, organiseren van intakes en contact met interne stakeholders.

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- Een bachelor
- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Informatica, Engineering, Sciences of Business Engineering
- Een eerste werkervaring als scrum master, product owner of project manager
- Een passie voor technologie en interesse in de allernieuwste ontwikkelingen
- Coaching vaardigheden en teamspirit
Je scoort extra met:
- Vlotte communicatie (NL, FR, EN) naar technische en niet-technische profielen
- Enige ervaring met commerciële functies en in het bijzonder van het segment Enterprise & Entrepreneur & Public
