Job description
**Your Responsibilities**:
Manage and optimize the Customer to Cash process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
Collaborate with various departments, including customer service, production planning, and finance, to streamline operations.
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance productivity.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely order processing and accurate invoicing.
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and address any issues that arise during the process.
Maintain documentation of processes and procedures for future reference and training.
**About You**:
You have 2-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a production environment.
You possess a strong understanding of the Customer to Cash process and have worked with SAP systems.
You are fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills.
