Plus qu’un simple slogan, nous cherchons un Performance & Operational Excellence Project Manager H/F pour faire vivre cette vision de Thalys sur le terrain : à quai, à bord et en gare.

Dans le cadre du programme Operating, vous piloterez le projet Performance visant à structurer l’amélioration continue et à développer l’excellence de la Direction Operating.

En tant que **Performance & Operational Excellence Project Manager **, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:
**1- Participe à la déclinaison des objectifs du programme Operating en objectifs opérationnels pour chaque équipe de la Direction Operating d’Eurostar Group,**
- Il/elle aide à traduire en objectifs opérationnels les orientations Opérating,
- Il/elle développe les standards de gestion de projet et les outils d’Exc. Op pour piloter l’atteinte de ces objectifs. (Mise en place de rite, Management Visuel, Réunions 5 minutes)

**2- Définit et pilote le process d’amélioration continue Régularité et Ponctualité Eurostar Group**
- Il/elle assure le suivi, l’analyse et la RSP liés aux écarts menant à des retards,
- Il/elle pilote les plans d’actions et leur avancement,
- Il/elle a la charge du process d’amélioration en lien avec les métiers Escale, Train Manager, Train Driver, Centres Opérationnels
- Il/elle gère les interfaces entre les projets, assure l’assemblage des produits de sorties et leurs cohérences.
- Il/elle est responsable du reporting auprès des Directeurs,
- Il/elle coordonne et assemble le travail effectué par les chefs de projets et le déploiement des actions

**3 Anime les démarches d’amélioration continue et développe la culture d’excellence opérationnelle d’entreprise**
- Apporte son assistance méthodologique dans les plans d’actions, pour:

- Ancrer des démarches d’amélioration continue
- Animer des REX Qualité / Régularité transverses
- Définir les problématiques en cherchant les causes racines
- Vérifier par la mesure statistique et les observations terrain
- Mettre en place des processus de traitement des irritants
- Mettre en place des processus de management des idées
- Pilote des projets et actions d’amélioration
- Est le référent pour l’Excellence opérationnelle

**4 Responsable de l’animation de la qualité des Opérations en s’appuyant sur la mesure de la performance, pour évaluer la performance et déclencher des actions / REX pour s’améliorer en continu**
- **Met en place le système d’indicateurs pour suivre la performance de la Direction Opérating,**:

- **Pilote et coordonne les plans d’actions proposés et portés par les équipes terrain pour l’amélioration continue**:

- **Met en place des processus de boucle d’apprentissage/REX et des processus de bouclage des actions correctives**
- Profil
Vous êtes titulaires d’un Master/ Bac+5
- Vous êtes fort d’une expérience de 5 ans en excellence opérationnelle
- Vous êtes certifié Black Belt Lean Six Sigma
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais
- Vous disposez d’un excellent sens de la communication et aimez travailler en équipe
- Vous savez travailler de manière autonome et efficace
