Als Program Planner Launch Excellence kom je terecht binnen de afdeling Launch Excellence hier verzorgen we technisch -wetenschappelijke en projectmatige ondersteuning bij de lancering en introductie van nieuwe innovatieve geneesmiddelen. Je zal als Program Planner Launch Excellence het overzicht moeten bewaren van verschillende project plannen van verschillende lopende projecten (voornamelijk mRNA based). Je neemt dus een coördinerende rol op om stabiliteitstudies en release analyses altijd actief op te volgen. Volgende taken horen tot jouw takenpakket:

- Je bewaart het overzicht van de verschillende lopende projecten
- Je volgt de mijlpalen van de lopende projecten op en stelt de tijdslijnen verder op
- Je neemt een coördinerende rol op om de stabiliteitsstudies en release analyses actief op te volgen
- Je bespreekt de analyses met alle betrokken stakeholders op een wekelijkse basis
- Je helpt de business processes te optimaliseren

Profiel

Als Program Planner Launch Excellence heb/ben je:

- een master in een wetenschappelijke richting
- ervaring met project planning of in een coördinerende rol binnen een labo omgeving
- kennis van elektronische systemen (LIMS, IPL, SAP,...)
- een sterk communicatief persoon die zich zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels vloeiend kan uitdrukken (mondeling als schriftelijk)
- een ownership gehalte

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Gegevens met betrekking tot het beheer van de productiestromen optimaliseren
De informatiesystemen actualiseren
- Circuits voor de verzending van producten naar de klanten organiseren en de verschillende acties coördineren
- De activiteiten van een team coördineren
- Technische ondersteuning bieden bij de selectie van leveranciers of onderaannemers
- Domein: Bevoorrading
- Fabricage
- en verpakkingsdossiers voorbereiden
- De lancering van de productiedocumenten uitvoeren en de voortgang van de fabricageorders opvolgen
- Domein: Industrialisatiemethodes
- Domein: Planning
- De fabricage plannen rekening houdend met de bestellingen, de productievereisten en onvoorziene situaties
- Domein: Productieplanning
- Domein: Beheer van productiestromen, de logistieke keten (supply chain)
- De conformiteit van bestellingen, verzendingen of leveringen controleren
- De voorraad opvolgen, tekorten vaststellen
Bestellingen plaatsen
- Veranderingen in een logistieke keten bepalen en voorstellen
- Risico’s voor productieonderbreking en bevoorradingsproblemen identificeren
Oplossingen voorstellen
Behoeften aan producten en materialen bepalen
- De uitvoering van de interne en in onderaanneming uitgevoerde activiteiten met betrekking tot de goederenbehandeling, de opslag en het transport controleren
- Technische steun verlenen aan de productie, de logistiek,...
