Dan ben jij de collega die wij zoeken voor de vacature van Receptionist (M/V) voor het fonkelnieuwe ibis budget Gent Centrum Dampoort. Wij zoeken namelijk een part time receptionist/ontbijtmedewerker voor 16u/week (M/V).
Jobomschrijving
In het voorjaar van 2018 opent ibis budget Gent Centrum Dampoort de deuren en kan jij deel uitmaken van ons enthousiast team Je wordt onderdeel van een klein team waar je de kans zult krijgen om zelfstandig te werken en veel bij te leren. We werken met een multicompetent team, dus je checkt de gasten in en uit en kan hen alles vertellen over het hotel, zijn omgeving en de bruisende stad Gent. Je bent de ambassadeur van Gent en van je hotel uiteraard Bovendien zorg je ervoor dat onze gasten zorgeloos kunnen genieten van een heerlijk ontbijt en dat de lobby er elk dag netjes en aantrekkelijk uitziet.
Vanaf het moment dat je onze gasten verwelkomt tot het moment dat ze weer vertrekken, ben jij hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Bij het behandelen van vragen of klachten, weet je de gasten te verrassen en zoek je altijd naar de beste oplossing. Je bent een echte gastheer/vrouw en begrijpt dat het niet stopt bij het welkom heten van de gasten. Je gaat voor de “extra smile”. Je bent in staat om een oprechte klik te maken met de gasten en ons “Feel Welcome” gevoel over te brengen.
