**Role description**:
Our Office Manager makes life easier for our employees and contributes to improve our employee experience and well-being. On a part time basis (⅖) you assume a double role: a HR role as concerns the HR administrative management but also an office management role with the animation of the day-to-day life of our Ghent’s office.

Location: Belgium

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Payroll preparation
- Follow-up of HR administration
- Contribution to training plans
- Org chart updates
- Contribution to internal communication (work on employer branding in particular)
- Organization of internal events (teambuildings )
- Car fleet management
- Contact for office management

**Do we have a match?**:
This is what we expect from you:

- Master’s degree in HR or Belgium employment law (minimum Bachelor)
- Strong knowledge of Belgium employment law
- Fluent in English
- French and Dutch appreciated
- Comfortable with communicating
- Digital agility
- Strategic aptitude
- Data analytics skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
