Au sein de cette business unit, l’équipe de Systems Operations offre un service complet en ce qui concerne les systèmes de sécurité chez nos clients. Nous proposons des solutions dans différents domaines : détection d’intrusion, contrôle d’accès, détection incendie, surveillance par caméra (CCTV). Et ce pour une grande variété de clients allant des multinationales aux particuliers, dans toute la Belgique. G4S offre un service 7j/7 24h/24 à ses clients.

En tant que **Project Manager**, vous êtes responsable de l’exécution et du suivi des projets pour nos clients à **Anvers
- Limbourg**.

Vos tâches sont:

- Vous **préparez** correctement **les projets** en commandant à temps le bon matériel, en tenant le stock à jour, en assurant le suivi des réparations et en établissant un planning d’exécution réaliste en concertation avec le client;
- Vous fixez **des priorités** en fonction des objectifs à atteindre;
- Vous coordonnez la **collaboration** avec les **sous-traitants **et les** services internes**;
- Vous menez des évaluations périodiques et dirigez les techniciens;
- Vous veillez à ce que votre équipe de techniciens dispose des formations, des attestations, des certificats et des instructions de sécurité nécessaires, et vous mettez la documentation technique à leur disposition;
- Vous êtes** l’interlocuteur pour le clien**t et vous garantissez la bonne réception du projet;
- Vous assurez le suivi administratif des projets, y compris le reporting;
- Vous vous tenez au courant des évolutions au sein de votre domaine de compétence;
- Vous veillez à la sécurité et au bien-être de tous les collaborateurs sur le lieu de travail, notamment en participant à l’analyse des risques du site/chantier;
- Vous êtes responsable de **la facturation** des services fournis au client;
- Vous assistez à des formations internes/externes et à des séances d’information;
- Agir en tant que modèle, exerçant une fonction exemplaire.

**CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un** bachelier en Électronique **ou avez acquis un niveau équivalent par l’expérience;
- Vous avez au moins trois ans d’expérience dans **le secteur de sécurité** ou dans une fonction similaire;
- Vous disposez **de compétences dirigeantes** et d’une expérience en gestion de projet;
- Vous avez de vastes connaissances techniques;
- Vous avez une connaissance pertinente des outils informatiques comme SAP;
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais, avec une bonne connaissance de l’anglais;
- Vous êtes une personne naturellement résistante au stress et capable d’analyser les problème;
