**THE COMPANY**
This **international **company is the **second-largest telematics** company and one of the **largest IoT** companies in Europe. They are the market leader in **track-and-trace systems**. They have **developed a platform** that allows companies to efficiently consult all information about **geolocation**, **mileage**, and **time registration** in one place.

**THE POSITION**
- In this role, you will **manage small & medium sized customers** in **Belgium **& **France**. You will work closely with your sales colleagues to make sure that the **onboarding of new customers** runs smoothly.
- Carry out tasks such as **online meetings**, **customer care call**s, participate in **program driven projects** and use the reporting tools, CRM tools and sales training tools in the best way possible.
- You will proactively explore **upsell opportunities**, from detection to completion and **ensure lead generation** through customer contact.
- Lastly, you will be the **first point of contact for our French partner’s operations and** maintain close collaboration with our SPoC at this partner site and ensures SLAs are met.

**THE PROFILE**
- ** Bachelor's degree **or equivalent in** sales experience** in **B2B ICT** or other service-oriented domains.
- A first experience as an **Inside Sales Representative** or **commercial representative** is a nice plus.
- Ability to communicate at multi-levels and across industries.
- Excellent communication skills in **Dutch **and **French **and good communication skills in **English **since this is the corporate language.
