Account Manager to Abax Belgium

Would you like to be part of one of the most influential contributors in the future of telematics?
ABAX is expanding the Account Management team and we are now looking for an Account Manager. In this role you will be responsible for selling ABAX services to the existing install base.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take ownership of own portfolio and drive proactive activity for the renewal engagement and focus on customer retention
- Proactively explore up-sell opportunities, from detection to completion
- Conduct online meetings and customer care calls
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Liaise between the customer and internal team

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Previous experience in Account Management/Customer Success Management
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in sales experience in B2B ICT or other service oriented domains
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in English
- Experience using video or webinar and phone as a communication and presentation tool
- Ability to communicate at multi-levels and across industries
- Driver's license
**Nice-to-have**
- Experience within SaaS and telematic
- Experience with IoT and direct sales
