**Vacatureomschrijving**:
- Het doel van de functie van Project Manager is om de juiste opvolging en uitrol van de aan hem/haar toegewezen projecten te waarborgen. Dit moet gebeuren met de nodige aandacht voor de winst
- en verliesrekening (P&L), planning, kwaliteit en klantrelatie. De toegevoegde waarde die de organisatie verwacht, omvat:_
- Correcte opvolging en uitvoering van toegewezen projecten binnen planning en budget.
- Onderhouden van positieve klantrelaties tijdens het uitrolproces.
- Bevorderen van upselling kansen tijdens projectuitvoering.
- Uitvoeren van projecten met continue aandacht voor kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.
- Uitgifte van inkooporders aan leveranciers en onderaannemers.
- Planning van activiteiten van de servicedienst (Engineering).
- Opstellen en naleven van projectplannen.
**Functie-eisen**
- Opleidingsniveau: Technisch ingenieur, bachelor of equivalent met aanvullende studies of ervaring.
- Andere specifieke kennis: Technische kennis van ICT en fysieke beveiliging (aanbevolen maar niet verplicht), talen N/F/E, standaard kantoortools, ITIL V3, PRINCE2 Foundation of PMI, kennis van mogelijke veiligheidsrisico's en preventiemaatregelen - VCA-VOL.
- Vereiste beroepservaring: Projecten met een budget tot 250K EUR, meer dan 3 jaar ervaring, VCA VOL.
- Essentiële vaardigheden: Communicatieve vaardigheden, teamspeler, goed kunnen omgaan met tijd, verantwoordelijkheid kunnen dragen voor een project, sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, stressbestendigheid, het kunnen herkennen van veiligheidsrisico's en advies kunnen geven over preventieve maatregelen en welzijn op de werkplek.
- Essentiële attitudes: Flexibel, autonoom, correct en besluitvaardig wanneer nodig, beschikbaar voor klanten, verantwoordelijkheid kunnen en willen nemen, commercieel ingesteld, teamspeler, sterk bewustzijn van veiligheid.
