En votre qualité de Head of the IT Customer, Distributor & Data domain, vous:
- développez et mettez en œuvre la stratégie informatique pour le domaine Customer, Distributor & Data ; identifiez et sélectionnez les meilleures options pour simplifier et moderniser les processus métier AXA Customer, Distributor & Data en collaboration avec notre partenaire SaaS externe ;
- motivez, développez, guidez et dirigez l'équipe tout au long du trajet de transformation ;
- gérer les feuilles de route du programme Customer, Distributor & Data depuis la définition de l'analyse de rentabilité jusqu'au modèle de gouvernance, au coût total de possession (TCO) de la solution et à la stratégie d'approvisionnement et de financement ; recrutez et constituez également des équipes multidisciplinaires qui guideront la prestation des services sur les plans technique et fonctionnel ;
- gérez les relations des parties prenantes avec les départements Customer & Data et One Distribution, le bureau du CIO, le département Finance, les autorités réglementaires et le département Conformité & Audit ;
- élaborez un plan fiable d’atténuation des risques et de gestion de la dépendance ; à ce titre, vous identifierez, évaluerez et gérerez de façon proactive les risques et les enjeux qui pourraient menacer le succès du programme et vous prendrez les mesures nécessaires en conséquence ;
- dirigez les activités quotidiennes du programme afin d'atteindre les objectifs globaux du programme ; surveillez la mise en œuvre de la feuille de route, du budget et de la dotation en personnel et rendez compte à ce sujet ;
- veillez au déploiement de solutions technologiques et fonctionnelles conformes aux normes AXA et réglementaires (p. ex. sécurité, confidentialité des données, services, etc.) ;
- établissez des mécanismes de piste d’audit et élaborez une méthode d'évaluation pour évaluer les points forts et circonscrire les points à améliorer.
**Votre Profil**
En tant que Head of the IT Customer, Distributor & Data domain, vous avez:
- un master en informatique, en ingénierie, en management ou en gestion d'entreprise ;
- au moins 10 ans d'expérience pertinente en informatique et un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience avérée en tant que responsable informatique ;
- une expérience et/ou des connaissances dans le domaine Customer, Distributor & Data ;
- une solide expérience en gestion du personnel ;
- une bonne connaissance des méthodologies de projets et de programmes (PMI, Prince2, Agile...) ;
- une bonne expérience de la gestion des parties prenantes à tous les niveaux (de la prestation technique au niveau local et de la direction du Groupe) ;
- une bonne compréhension de l'infrastructure informatique, de l'architecture applicative à plusieurs couches, des concepts de conception d'intégration et du cycle de vie du développement logiciel ;
- une expérience avérée dans la définition et le déploiement d'une stratégie d'approvisionnement, la conduite d'un processus de sélection des fournisseurs, l'établissement de contrats de services et de logiciels et la gestion quotidienne des performances des fournisseurs ;

- capable de vous exprimer couramment en anglais et de maîtriser correctement le français et le néerlandais ;
