**Situering**

ESG staat voor Environmental, Social en Governance. Het is een concept waarmee de duurzaamheid
- en maatschappelijke impact van bedrijven en organisaties kan beoordeeld worden. De afgelopen jaren werd heel wat reglementering met betrekking tot ESG uitgevaardigd, voornamelijk op Europees niveau. Die ESG-reglementering voorziet in een aantal verplichtingen op vlak van rapportering, naargelang de bedrijfsgrootte en -context. Maar ESG is meer dan dat. Het biedt bedrijven de opportuniteit om een bijdrage te leveren aan het creëren van een duurzame en inclusieve toekomst.

SD Worx begeleidt werkgevers zowel op juridisch gebied als bij de rapportering en opvolging van ESG. We bieden werkgevers een kader om aan de slag te gaan met ESG, en helpen hen om hun ESG-scores te verbeteren, door duurzame HR oplossingen te implementeren.

Om onze groei te ondersteunen zijn wij voor onze Consulting divisie op zoek naar een ESG Consultant, met een passie voor duurzaamheid, HR legal uitdagingen en HR data.

Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team experten, waar we de complexe HR (juridische) realiteit toepasbaar maken voor grote ondernemingen.

**Jobomschrijving**:
Je takenpakket bestaat oa. uit:
Business Development:

- Je hebt aandacht voor opportuniteiten in de markt en bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van de klanten
- en productenportefeuille;
- Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met je klanten en je bent alert voor extra behoeften;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de actieve cross
- & upselling van onze adviesverlening en productportfolio binnen deze projecten.

Expertiserol:

- Je coördineert als projectmanager bij klanten opdrachten in kader van ESG;
- Je schrikt er niet voor terug om voor een publiek te staan, om hen in te wijden in de wondere wereld van ESG;
- Je gaat vlot aan de slag met HR data en brengt ze samen in overzichtelijke ESG rapporten;
- Vanuit de data adviseer je klanten over hun ESG status en reikt oplossingen aan om hun ESG-score te verbeteren, om zo een duurzamer beleid te voeren;
- Je inspireert, begeleidt en ontzorgt klanten zowel op strategisch, als praktisch vlak zodat ze de juiste accenten kunnen leggen in hun ESG-beleid, en zij in staat zijn toekomstige uitdagingen te tackelen;
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit; je bent oplossingsgericht en biedt een meerwaarde aan de klant;
- Je vertaalt de behoeften van de klant naar de best mogelijke aanpak vertrekkend vanuit de klant, onze best practices en de expertise van de overige departementen van onze Consulting divisie (o.m. Tax & Legal, Reward, Data & Insights)
- Je brengt deze expertises samen in een passende aanpak voor jouw klanten en coördineert als projectmanager tot een succesvol resultaat.

- Je zorgt voor een optimale werksfeer en bevorderen van de samenwerking met andere collega’s (ook unit overschrijdend)

Jouw profiel

We verwachten dat je:

- minimum over een master diploma beschikt;
- enkele jaren ervaring kan voorleggen in een HR, Comp & Ben, payroll of consultancy functie;
- vlot overweg kan met digitale tools en Windows-toepassingen (voornamelijk Excel, Word en Powerpoint);
- sterk analytisch bent aangelegd & de skills hebt om projectmatig en procesmatig te denken;
- beschikt over een klantgerichte mindset en uitstekende luister
- en communicatieve vaardigheden;
- gepassioneerd bent door data graag werkt met rapporteringstools;
- over een innovatieve en collaboratieve mindset beschikt;
- beschikt over projectmanagement skills en lead kan nemen in klantenprojecten met diverse interne en externe stakeholders;
- autonoom kan werken maar tegelijkertijd ook een echte teamplayer bent die gedreven is om samen met de collega’s resultaten te behalen;
- beschikt over een ondernemingsgeest en opportuniteiten in de markt kan identificeren, realiseren en uitrollen tot nieuwe producten en/of vormen van dienstverlening;
- flexibel bent om jezelf over gans België te verplaatsen;
- je vlot kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus.
