**Functie**:
**Mission**

Organize, manage, control and improve the event department in order to guarantee the correct execution of services under the best conditions of safety, cost, quality and environment.

In coordination with the Business Development Manager, Head of Sales and the operational management, participate in the animation and development of the event activities.

**Responsabilities**
- Management customers events : Festivals (Tomorrowland), concerts, event shuttles,...
- Contract & pricing negotiation together with sales team
- Responsibility of revenue, profitability & customer relationship management of all events
- Global coordination of the events : planning of work, define vehicles needs, documentations, briefing, safety,...
- Invoicing and admininstrative follow-up of events
- Collaboration and coordination with our touristic entity : Keolis Travel
- Tender management in collaboration with the Head of Sales
- Financial management - cost vs budget for the financial entity
- Create a professional relationship with stakeholders and customers
- Monitor customer focused KPIs at an individual level according to the defined process and take relevant action
- Ensure customer service state of mind/culture throughout the organisation
- Actively participate in activities and contribute to the events through presence if necessary

**Profiel**:

- Do you have at least 5 years of experience in a event or commercial function in the service industry?
- Are you passionate about customer relations and do you have strong skills in project coordination ?
- Are you bilingual FR/NL with excellent communication skills in English?
- Do you have a high sense of responsibility and work with deadlines doesn't scare you?
