**Project Manager - Building Services (H/F/X)**Votre défi **:

- Expert, force de proposition et technique - En tant que
- ** Project Manager** vous:
- menez à bien les projets, **depuis leur étude préalable jusqu’à la fin** des obligations contractuelles, sur les plans technique, commercial, contractuel et financier ;
- suivez la **gestion des affaires** dont vous avez la responsabilité avec le Cost Controller et rendez compte régulièrement à votre hiérarchie ;
- êtes responsable des offres **préparées et élaborées** auprès des clients en** étudiant et chiffrant** les demandes d’offres ;
- êtes attentif aux opportunités** techniques et énergétiques** et vous êtes **force de propositions** complémentaires ou alternatives auprès de vos clients ;
- êtes responsable du **lancement des affaires**, et plus particulièrement de la préparation et de l’organisation des chantiers en définissant les moyens matériels nécessaires, en collaboration avec l’Ingénieur de projet ;
- établissez, avec le Back Office, les différents **documents administratifs** tels que dossiers d’offre, dossiers as-built, plans, demandes d’autorisation,**Vos talents**:

- Expérimenté, « problem solver » et flexible - Vous êtes Ingénieur Master **ou** avez un Bachelor en **Électromécanique;**
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience avérée de** minimum 10 ans** dans le domaine;
- Vous êtes** autonome, flexible** et faites preuve d’un grand **sens des responsabilités;**
- La connaissance du néerlandais est** un plus;**
- Vous êtes un **excellent communicateur.**Notre offre**:
