The goal of Degroof Petercam is to manage personal or professional assets of clients, protect them against unforeseen events, finance their projects, diversify their investments and give them a social dimension.
**Your Position**:
- You are in charge of organizing "all bank" events for clients / prospects / colleagues within the event team;
- "Event Organization" includes all tasks from launching the invitation to post-communication to guests after the event;
- Build a network of reliable and competent suppliers (catering / locations/ technical / decoration...);
- In collaboration with the client (internal / external), you take into account a specific target, a budget to be respected and a precise timing while ensuring the quality of the event;
- You are responsible for monitoring the statistics of your events (success factors / failures / recommendations);
- You are on site on all the events you manage live or digital (lunch or evening schedule)
- Depending on the actual sanitary situation, we organize our events digitally (studio) or live (on site).
- You report to the Head of events at Degroof Petercam.
**Your Profile**:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a Marketing/Communication position;
- You are flexible and have excellent organization skills;
- You are completely at ease with digital tools. This are the tools we use internally: internal CRM, Actito, Adobe, Sli.do, Hello Customer, Webex, Monday.
- You are proactive and do not hesitate to share your knowledge to improve the processes put in place within the team;
- **Dutch speaking **and understanding French
- You are resistant to stress and know how to act in unexpected situations;
- As a born team player, you jump in where necessary and support the development and improvement of our event organization;
- You’re not afraid of doing logistic/administrative work
- _You are available as soon as possible and on long-term_
