- Market analysis (information gathering)
- Supplier scouting
- Sourcing strategy definition
- Understanding the needs and “nice to have”
- Check the Supplier capabilities
- Requests for quotation
- Negotiation Process
- Contract Management
- Relationship with Suppliers
Administrative tasks- Purchase order issuing
- Supplier registration
- Purchasing performance reporting
- Invoice matching issues
- Other administrative tasks
Objectives: Meet the most suitable CNH needs in terms of economics, service, quality and delivery
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5-year experience in Purchasing (MRO purchasing experience is an advantage)
- Secondary school degree
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Languages: fluent English (Italian is an advantage)
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives
- Strong teamwork attitude in national and international environment
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to quickly learn
- Minimal technical background required
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Prepared to travel to New Holland Tractor Antwerp when required
