**Project Manager Real Estate**
General: Project Manager is a role designed to ensure the overall project management targets of Real Estate related topics. This person is the main interface to two BTP (Belgium Tower Partners) Customers and internal staff to define, set targets, manage, and complete the primary business objectives of BTP. This person is responsible for ensuring all objectives/targets and processes to be tracked are defined, implemented in tools, trained to the team, and lived on a daily basis. This person defines the data to be generated during the key processes are collected, accurate, and reported properly. You are responsible for the end-to-end management of the status of New Sites, Move/Replacement Sites and New Tenant onboarding processes. This person has at least 6 years of Project Management experience in Belgium and speaks English, French and Dutch. Telecom experience is a plus.
**Tasks**:
- Contributor/Responsible for all major BTP processes and data quality in the PM tool.
- Identifying processes needed/used in the past and insuring proper integration into BTP.
- Responsible for knowing, understanding, and following BTP processes, documentation, and data requirements for New Sites, Move/replacement Sites, Tenant onboarding and Lease Renewals.
- Strong knowledge of Site Acquisition/Negotiations, Permitting and basic Civil Works experience.
- Responsible for expected workload of 3-5 projects.
- Scheduling progress meetings, running them and keeping action items required to ensure project success
- Participate in weekly progress meeting for each project and provide a weekly BTP progress report (form to be defined) for all projects.
- Responsible for maintaining a Project Risk Log, Action Items and All major milestones.
- Responsible to work with Operators/3rd Parties and internal staff to achieve project success.
- Follow BTP processes, reviews, approvals, and documentation requirements.
**General tasks**:

- Real Estate related task and meetings
- Report generation
- Clear preparation of any Project Management related business decisions
**General KPI’s**:
- Project on schedule in terms of Time, Cost and Quality
- Management of key MLA targets for Replacement/Move sites and New Sites
- Reduction replacement sites or shifting of replacement sites to those advantageous to BTP.
