Your new role**
- As an IT Security Specialist, you are in charge of establishing the guidelines and best practices to be respected in the different areas of IT Security
- You are eager to take on a wide range of projects related to the field of IT security and to see your responsibilities evolve
- You want to develop and diversify your technical skills while working independently
- You stay up to date on the latest technologies in the field of IT Security
- You will review roles and responsibilities, define guidelines and communicate them to Business and IT teams across the organization
- You proactively identify potential gaps and formulate action plans with different teams to address issues as needed.
- You identify, facilitate and implement any process improvement opportunity to increase efficiency.
- You act as an ambassador of the guidelines and ensure that they are applied.
- You actively participate in maintaining collaboration with different entities (local but also international IT teams)
- You carry out and/or coordinate IT security assessments, and you write reports on security risks and you implement corrective measures based on concrete elements from our IT environment.
**Your profile**
**As an IT Security Specialist, you have the following profile**:
- Ideally, you have a Master's degree in IT and/or Cybersecurity
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of IT Security (IAM, Applications Security or Infrastructure Security)
- You have a good ability to manage several projects at the same time, and you have a strategic vision of security-related aspects
- You work independently and can perform several tasks at the same time
- You have an eye for detail and show great ethics in your work
- You solve problems and you have an excellent analytical mind
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 is an added advantage
- You are fluent in English as well as one of the two national languages (French/Dutch)
