Als teamleader in 2 ploegen binnen de voedingssector zal je terecht komen in een tof bedrijf dat gevestigd is in Destelbergen. Onze ideale teamleader eindverpakking en productie is een ervaren en gemotiveerd persoon. Je takenpakket zal bestaan uit toezien op het correct verpakken van de heerlijke maaltijden die hier gemaakt worden en je zal je team van lijnverantwoordelijken, operators en logistieke medewerkers aansturen. Functieomschrijving:
Jouw takkenpakket als **teamleader 2 ploegen in de voedingssector**:
- Je geeft leiding aan en coacht een team van 4 lijnverantwoordelijken, 1 pasteurisatieoperator en ongeveer 15 polyvalente medewerkers. Je zorgt voor een goede teamdynamiek en motiveert je teamleden om uitstekende prestaties te leveren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en aanpassen van de productie
- en personeelsplanning. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde middelen beschikbaar zijn en dat het productieproces soepel verloopt.
- Het verwelkomen, opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers behoort tot je taken. Je zorgt ervoor dat ze goed worden ingewerkt en over de juiste technische kennis beschikken.
- Als betrokken teamleider ben je intensief aanwezig op de werkvloer en communiceer je voortdurend met andere afdelingsverantwoordelijken om de voortgang van het productieproces te bespreken.
- Je waarborgt de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de producten en medewerkers. Dit omvat het uitvoeren van kwaliteits
- en veiligheidscontroles, het inschatten en bijsturen van risicosituaties, en het zorgvuldig invullen van relevante documenten.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de productiemanager en houdt hen op de hoogte van de dagelijkse gang van zaken en eventuele knelpunten.
- Samen met de productiemanager en HR voer je evaluatiegesprekken met de medewerkers en volg je de voortgang op.
Functievereisten:

- Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma in voeding, techniek, agro of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied, of je hebt relevante ervaring die gelijkwaardig is.
- Samenwerken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je communiceert helder en efficiënt met collega's op alle niveaus.
- Technische kennis en affiniteit zijn belangrijk, samen met uitstekende plannings
- en organisatievaardigheden.
- Je beschikt over sterke leidinggevende vaardigheden en hebt het vermogen om je team te motiveren en te inspireren.
- Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, bent proactief en oplossingsgericht in het aanpakken van uitdagingen.
