**Job Overview**
Provide dedicated administrative support to a Mitie team to ensure effective and efficient operation as directed by your line manager. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the deliverance of excellent administrative service.
**Main Duties**
Efficient clerical and administrative support as required including but not limited to:
- Team stationery supplies.
- Managing Purchase Orders & invoicing processing within Maximo and Hera.
- Processing and analysing utilities invoices for multiple properties.
- Ordering materials from the UK.
- Collecting and processing mail.
- Fleet management for a small team.
- Working as part of a small team covering for each other.
- IT equipment management and records keeping
- Ensure all associated paperwork is completed and maintained in an orderly and timely manner
- Assist in the distribution of communication material and presentations
- Any other requirements of Line Manager

- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning.
- Engaging communicator demonstrating influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands. Strong multi-tasking capability, project and deadline oriented.
- Maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure - remains calm and in control of themselves.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
