Description du poste

En tant que force motrice derrière la gestion du parc automobile Bosch au Benelux, vous dirigerez avec autorité, supervisant la gestion complète de la flotte de plusieurs entités Bosch dans la région.

En tant que gestionnaire d'une équipe dynamique de 2 personnes, votre rôle englobe:
Responsabilités Stratégiques:

- Coordonner et soutenir les activités de la flotte, conseillant les décideurs de haut niveau sur les réglementations de location BE et NL, les listes de choix et les stratégies visionnaires.
- Prendre en charge le rôle de maestro de la mobilité, examinant chaque facette du transport de manière critique.
- Proposer des politiques de mobilité axées sur l'avenir.
- Organiser et diriger le comité de location BE/NL.

Excellence Opérationnelle:

- Mettre en œuvre une flotte durable et ultramoderne.
- Cultiver des relations cruciales avec les sociétés de location.
- Veiller au respect impeccable des réglementations de location BE/NL.
- Diriger la formulation de propositions pour les listes de choix et les budgets normatifs.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise dans le leasing Benelux et la dynamique des flottes, nourrie par une passion sincère pour la mobilité.
- Un stratège visionnaire avec un historique de façonnement de l'avenir.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et finesse dans la construction de relations.
- Connaissance approfondie de la législation fiscale pertinente au Benelux.
- Diplôme ou expérience équivalente par une expertise pratique.
- Maîtrise du néerlandais, du français et de l'anglais.
- Compétent dans l'utilisation des logiciels courants.
