**INTRODUCTION**

Pour l'un de nos clients ayant des bureaux à Anderlecht et à Berchem, nous recherchons un(e) Junior Reward Specialist.

Au sein de l'équipe Reward, Legal & Social Relations team, le Junior Reward Specialist est chargé de co-élaborer, communiquer et suivre la politique salariale.

**VOS RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Vous collaborez à la mise en place et l'optimisation d'un certain nombre de processus de rémunération (cycles de bonus et revue de salaire, plan cafétéria,...)
- Vous aidez à développer et maintenir une politique de mobilité durable, y compris la politique automobile
- Vous collaborez au calcul, au suivi et au reporting des budgets du personnel et des charges salariales.
- Vous travaillez à la mise en place et au développement de projets liés à la rémunération et aux avantages sociaux au sens le plus large du terme
- Vous êtes le point de contact des collaborateurs en ce qui concerne les Compensation & Benefits

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Vous êtes bilingue français-néerlandais
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master dans un domaine économique, financier ou lié aux ressources humaines
- Vous avez une première expérience dans un poste RH pertinent. La connaissance du payroll et/ou les avantages sociaux et de la réglementation est indispensable.
- Vous êtes un expert dans l'analyse et le traitement de données provenant de différentes sources
- Vous êtes "hands-on"
- Vous aimez travailler avec des collègues
- Vous avez des compétences sociales prononcées
- Vous avez de solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Vous pouvez choisir votre emplacement (Anderlecht ou Berchem), mais vous êtes prêt à vous rendre à l'autre bureau une ou deux fois par mois.

Voor één van onze klanten met kantoren in zowel Anderlecht als Berchem, zijn wij op zoek naar een **Junior Reward Specialist**.

Binnen het Reward, Legal & Social relations team staat de Junior Reward Specialist in voor het mee ontwikkelen, invoeren, communiceren en monitoren van het loonbeleid.

**JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
- Je werkt mee aan het ontwerpen, implementeren en optimaliseren van een aantal verloningsprocessen (bonuscycli en salary review, cafetariaplan,)
- Je staat in voor het uitwerken en onderhouden van een duurzaam mobiliteitsbeleid inclusief car policy
- Je helpt mee met het berekenen, opvolgen en rapporteren van de personeels
- en loonkostbudgetten.
- Je werkt mee aan het opzetten en uitwerken van projecten met betrekking tot compensation & benefits in de meest brede zin van het woord
- Je treedt op als aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers betreffende de Compensation & Benefits items

**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je hebt een master diploma in een economische, financiële of HR gerelateerde richting
- Je hebt een eerste werkervaring in een relevante HR-functie. Kennis van payroll en/of verloning en extralegale voordelen en regelgeving is een must.
- Je bent een expert in het analyseren en verwerken van data uit verschillende bronnen
- Je bent “hands-on”
- Je houdt ervan om met collega’s samen te werken
- Je hebt uitgesproken sociale vaardigheden
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands-Frans
