As a Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include
- Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles for efficient product development.
- Product Quality and Value: Collaborate with the team for high-value, high-quality product delivery, leveraging extensive Scrum Master experience.
- Impediment Removal: Identify and eliminate obstacles to maintain a smooth workflow and efficient development.
- Agile Coaching: Guide the team in Agile practices, emphasizing continuous improvement and demonstrating strong leadership.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with neighboring teams to facilitate seamless delivery and enhance cross-team communication.
- Coordination with Back-end Team: Ensure effective collaboration with the Back-end team to assess impacts on other assets.
- Global Collaboration: Work with Off-shore developers, showcasing adaptability and effective communication in a multicultural environment.

**Have you got what it takes ?
- You have sufficient experience with Jira
- You have at least 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
- You are fluent in English and French OR Dutch
- You have good communication skills
- You are interested in web technologies and new technology
- You are an enthusiastic team player
