As Data & Insights Analyst in the New Business & Ventures tribe you make sure we are on the right course. You bring relevant insights in markets, customer behavior and business models to the surface and inform the right decision making.
You will become part of a multidisciplinary team where you work closely together with Venture Managers, Product Managers, Go-to-Market & IT specialists to bring an innovative idea into a reality. Next to that, you can bank on a large community of data strategists & specialists.
**Your tasks & responsibilities**
- You support the team in analyzing data and setting reporting around concept tests & product launches
- You take the lead in setting up a system of "innovation accounting" to track the progress and results of new concepts
- You cooperate in the creation of business cases that build the financial rationale for a concept or business model
- You help the team in identifying the value of a market or segment
- You support, challenge and inspire the team by showing them the wonders that data can bring
**Your profile**
- You're passionate about innovation and data
- You have sharp insights in how data can be used to support the right decision making, and are not afraid to challenge the team based on data
- You have strong IT skills to work with different data tools and programs, or to learn how to use them quickly
- You have good storytelling skills and the ability to deliver a message with impact
- Master degree or similar thanks to your experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- You have a good knowledge of statistics and data algorithms
- You enjoy an environment filled with change, and can turn setbacks into a learning experience
