We are looking for an **Managed Access Program Lead** who is communicative, motivated and adaptable to join our **Medical Affairs** department based out of our office in **Brussels, Belgium**

**About the Job**:
**Who you’ll work with**

You will work closely with the Head of Managed Access programs and also work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver medicines to patients in need.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide ongoing management of Access+ programs, including maintenance of existing programs and implementation of new programs
- Actively manage allocation and budgets to ensure quality and timely delivery against timelines for implementing Access+
- Oversee vendors to ensure delivery of contracted services at program level
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional colleagues, to track implementation and tactical execution of Access+
- Ensure regular revision and update of Access+ strategies based on internal or external events, program challenges and risks
- Works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment

**Interested? For this position, you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Managed Access programs experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong operational execution, including experience in clinical operations
- Disease area experience in rare diseases is strongly desired
