**About the program**
This is a structured development program designed to kickstart your career and allow you to** grow both personally and professionally, while making an impact in the organization.**
You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing procedures and systems managed in the Centre of Excellence regarding Risk and Capabilities while occasionally working on specific projects within the COE.
Through The Graduate Development Program in Procurement you will be exposed to different tasks and gain practical, hands-on experience that will allow you to build a strong foundation to pursue a career in Procurement while expanding your understanding of a global business.
**Who you’ll work with**
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of people across and beyond Procurement. You’ll be part of a global organization with major hubs located in Belgium, China, Germany, Japan, the UK and the US and be part of a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about creating value for patients now and into the future.
**What you’ll do**
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Risk and Capabilities data sources or external reports.
- Analyze and process the data to prepare the required reporting for the Procurement department.
- Drive the monitoring and reporting processes to measure results and effectiveness of Risk and Capabilities program.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure common understanding across geographies for mandatory compliance with Risk policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with affiliates on reporting needed, and consolidation of information
- Project Management of specific Risk and Capabilities projects and occasionally COE projects
- Set-up and maintain Sharepoint sites & learning systems
