**Une immersion dans les principales fonctions de la chaîne d'approvisionnement**
En tant que membre de l’équipe Bosch Rexroth Belgique, vous serez directement rattaché(e) au Manager Supply Chain et effectuerez des rotations dans divers départements afin d'acquérir une expérience pratique dans:

- ** Opérations d'entrepôt** : logistique entrante et sortante, enregistrement des réclamations, préparation des marchandises pour le service et l’assemblage, évaluation des stocks et suivi.
- ** Approvisionnement** : compréhension des principales missions de l’équipe achats, gestion des commandes internes, interactions avec les fournisseurs et suivi des commandes.
- ** Relation client et vente** : développement de compétences en gestion des devis, stratégies de** tarification, outils CRM** et processus de gestion des commandes.

**Vos objectifs de développement** ; Le programme est structuré pour vous donner une vision globale de l’écosystème de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et vous permettre de développer des compétences solides et pratiques. Sous la supervision de votre mentor, vous travaillerez sur votre montée en compétences et explorerez différentes voies de carrière au sein de l'organisation.

**Qualifications**:
**Formation académique** : Diplôme en Administration des affaires, Gestion d’entreprise, Supply Chain & Logistique ou domaine similaire.
**Expérience professionnelle** : Maximum deux ans d’expérience post-diplôme.
**Autonomie et engagement** : Capacité à prendre en main votre développement, suivre les formations requises et démontrer votre progression.
**Compétences interpersonnelles** : Excellentes capacités de communication et d’interaction pour collaborer efficacement avec différentes équipes et parties prenantes.
**Langues** : Maîtrise avancée du néerlandais-anglais ou du français-anglais (bilinguisme requis).
**Mobilité** : Volonté de voyager et de séjourner sur place si nécessaire, selon les exigences du poste.
