GSP (Graduate Specialist Program) ?

En tant que GSP ( Graduate Specialist Program) tu accèdes dès le départ à un poste précis et assumes immédiatement un rôle à part entière avec de réelles responsabilités. L'expérience que tu acquières sur le tas, combinée à notre programme de soutien, te permettra de construire une base solide pour ta future carrière.

Notre programme de deux ans fournit un cadre structuré pour guider ton développement personnel et professionnel. Ce programme est facilité par à un manager expérimenté qui travaillera avec toi pour développer tes compétences et te permettre de jouer un rôle actif dans ton propre développement. Ton réseau comprendra un « buddy » et un mentor de l'équipe de direction, garantissant que tu es bien soutenu tout au long de ton programme et par la suite. Notre objectif est de t’offrir le meilleur départ possible pour ta carrière chez Bosch Rexroth et, en retour, nous attendons de toi que tu profites au maximum de chaque opportunité, que tu te mettes au défi et que tu joues pour gagner (stratégie Play to Win)

**N**ous nous intéressons à ton potentiel et à ce que tu peux faire, pas seulement à ce que tu as déjà fait.

Spécifique à Bruxelles:
Tu fais partie de l'organisation Bosch Rexroth en Belgique et tu rapportes directement au Manager Sales -Hydraulics.

L'objectif est de te permettre d'acquérir la plus large expérience possible dans ces différentes phases sous la tutelle d'un mentor qui te guide dans ton développement personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme supérieur dans une discipline pertinente. ex. bachelor ou master en électromécanique, électricité,
- Maximum 2 ans d’expérience après l’obtention du diplôme
- Intérêt prononcé pour la technique
- Être capable d'assumer la responsabilité de ton propre développement et de suivre la formation requise et la preuve de formation.
- Tu as une mentalité de terrain et tu aimes participer activement « sur le terrain » à divers projets.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
- Bon bilingue néerlandais - anglais avec une connaissance du français.
- Capable de comprendre les attentes des clients et de respecter les délais.
- Disposé à voyager et à séjourner à l’étranger.
- Permis de conduire B
