Afin d'accompagner leur développement, notre client recherche un Business Transformation Manager, spécialisé dans le secteur des secrétariats sociaux et mutualités.

**VOTRE EQUIPE**
- Vous faites partie des équipes Client development mais travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Delivery. Vous êtes le point de contact du Delivery Manager et du Business Development Manager.

**Description de l'emploi**:
**VOTRE MISSION**
- En tant que Business Transformation Manager, _spécialisé dans le secteur des secrétariats sociaux et mutualités._
- Vous dirigez et supervisez les efforts de transformation numérique d'un Named Account.
- Vous êtes le "partenaire" du client et l'accompagnez dans sa transformation digitale.
- Vous comprenez les objectifs et déterminez les besoins du client dans sa phase de transformation numérique, avec pour objectif de lui permettre de devenir plus efficace, compétitif et agile.
- Vous identifiez les domaines où la technologie peut améliorer les processus du client et ses interfaces avec ses clients, collaborateurs, fournisseurs, etc.
- Vous élaborez des stratégies pour mettre en place de nouvelles solutions technologiques.
- Vous êtes force de proposition et/ou suscitez de nouvelles idées en collaboration avec les membres du personnel du client.
- Vous contribuez à faire se concrétiser les idées retenues en aidant à la création d'un dossier commercial que vous traduisez en une stratégie pluriannuelle.

Avec vos collègues BTM, vous contribuez à faire évoluer l'offre de l'entreprise de manière à la faire répondre aux besoins et ambitions de leurs clients et des entreprises dans leur secteur d'activité déterminé.

- Vous avez des capacités de leadership évidente et êtes un meneur d'équipe.
- Vous démontrez une forte orientation client et êtes un bon communicateur.
- Vous faites preuve d'empathie et de résilience.
- Vous aimez avancer en équipe.
- Vous êtes capable d'établir des relations de confiance avec les cadres supérieurs.
- Vous êtes un penseur conceptuel, créatif et critique.
- Vous êtes orienté solutions.
- Vous avez une connaissance des pratiques agiles.
- Vous faites preuve d’un expérience dans différents domaines fonctionnels de l'informatique.
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience des technologies numériques telles que l'intelligence artificielle, l'IoT, l'analyse des données, le marketing numérique, l'omnicanal.
