Dan ben je bij ons precies waar je moet zijn Wij zoeken een ervaren Technical Support medewerker om ons **topteam** in Hasselt te versterken. In deze rol ben je de go-to persoon voor het bieden van **technische ondersteuning **aan onze klanten.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je biedt **top-notch** technische ondersteuning aan klanten die bellen met een probleem of vraag.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij het oplossen van **netwerk
- en connectiviteitsproblemen** die verband houden met beveiligingssystemen.
- Je bereidt de werkzaamheden van de techniekers technisch voor op basis van feedback van accountmanagers.
- Je voert extra taken uit, zoals het **analyseren van beveiligingsincidenten** en het oplossen van technische problemen.
- Je zorgt voor een **correcte en tijdige** opvolging van projecten en rapporteert aan het management.
- Je maakt regelmatig afspraken met klanten over uitvoerdata en zorg je voor een **gestroomlijnde planning** van de werkzaamheden.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Je hebt een **technische achtergrond **met mínimaal 2 à 3 jaar ervaring **in de sector van elektronische beveiliging.**:

- Je hebt een excellent luisterend oor en werkt technisch-analytisch.
- Je bent **stressbestendig**, kunt multitasken en blijft kalm en rustig onder alle omstandigheden.
- Je bent **sociaalvaardig** en gedreven om mensen verder te helpen bij problemen.
- Je werkt **gestructureerd** en volgt alle taken op die gekoppeld zijn aan de verschillende projecten.
- Je bent een **problem solver** met een scherpe analytische geest.
- Je hebt ervaring met het gebruik van **beveiligingsapparatuur**, zoals alarmsystemen, toegangscontrole en camerabewaking.
- Je hebt sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en kunt snel en efficiënt technische problemen diagnosticeren en oplossen.
