Deputy teamleader Accounts Payable (H/F/X)**Votre défi **:
- Allier amélioration continue et supervision - En tant que « Deputy teamleader Accounts Payable », vous aiderez la Manager actuelle sur différents points:
- à mettre en place les tableaux de bord et reportings définis permettant de monitorer l’équipe et le flux de la facturation entrante ;
- à gérer l’équipe (5 personnes pour la comptabilité) tant dans l’exécution de leur « day-to-day » que dans le suivi de missions particulières (élaboration du guide de procédure, suivi factures échues, analyse des comptes de transit, etc ) ;
- à répondre aux questions et/ou problématiques des partenaires internes et externes à l’entreprise ;
- à mettre en place les nouveaux outils/mesures permettant le renforcement du contrôle interne ;
- à participer aux différentes réunions (réunion d’équipe ou inter-départements).
En plus de ce rôle, il est possible qu’une aide soit également requise dans différentes missions ponctuelles liées au service Comptabilité.**Vos talents**:
- Dynamique et flexible - Vous avez de l’expérience en project management, en audit, en comptabilité ou en contrôle interne ?
