Votre valeur ajoutée pour nos clients ?- Le service Account Payable est responsable du suivi des factures et des notes de crédit des fournisseurs de la SNCB.- Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?- En tant que collaborateur de la team Accounts Payable, vous intervenez dans le traitement des factures des fournisseurs à partir de leur réception jusqu’au moment de leur libération pour paiement.- Vous êtes responsable du traitement des factures de certains fournisseurs spécifiques.
- Vous participez au soutien des comptables locaux dans les ateliers décentralisés de la SNCB.
- Vous analysez le processus de traitement des factures des fournisseurs et vous pouvez formuler des pistes d’amélioration.
- L’approbation des données comptables dans les commandes.
- Un job fait pour vous ?- Vous êtes en possession d’un diplôme de bachelier en comptabilité ou vous le serez au moment de l’engagement.
- Si vous avez obtenu votre diplôme à l'étranger, vous devez être en possession d'une attestation d'équivalence délivrée. Vous êtes belge ou ressortissant d'un état membre de l'UE.- Une expérience dans un service de comptabilité est un atout.
- Vous disposez d’une connaissance en SAP (module MM et/ou AP) : une formation « on the job » est néanmoins prévue.
- Vous aimez travailler en groupe.
- Vous pouvez travailler de façon autonome.
- Vous prenez des initiatives et avez un sens des responsabilités.
- Vous travaillez de manière structurée en fonction des objectifs tout en respectant les deadlines imposées.
- Vous êtes flexible et vous aimez les défis.
- Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en néerlandais.
