Om ons departement Finance & Procurement te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Accounting Officer.
**Wat je bij ons zal realiseren**:
Als Accounting Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van financiële informatie om nauwkeurige rapporten van de balans en resultatenrekening op te stellen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de boekhoudkundige verwerking in overeenstemming is met de geldende wetgeving en normen, en bereidt maandelijks balansanalyses en reconciliaties voor. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning bij externe audits en zorg je ervoor dat alle documentstromen correct en tijdig worden geregistreerd volgens interne regels en procedures. Je takenpakket kan verder worden uitgebreid afhankelijk van je maturiteitsniveau en leertraject.
- Verwerking van inkomende documentenstroom
- Verwerking en codering van facturen/creditnota’s
- Verwerking bankafschriften
- Verzamelt de informatie van de verschillende afdelingen met betrekking tot de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen en assisteert bij de controle van de juistheid van deze informatie en zorgt voor de verwerking ervan in ERP.
- Meewerken aan de voorbereiding van de externe audit.
- Assistentie bij de boekingen van provisies, het activeren van vaste activa en de verwerking van financiële transacties. Na analyse van informatie die aangeleverd wordt door diverse interne stakeholders gaat men de diverse boekingen voorbereiden.
- Assistentie bij de voorbereiding van de reconciliaties van verschillende balansrekeningen.
- Ondersteuning van de verschillende departementen bij de opvolging van de aankooporders.
- Assisteren in het voeren van boekhouding voor diverse dochtervennootschappen. Op termijn kan er voor kleinere entiteiten binnen de groep ook de volledige boekhouding toevertrouwd worden met supervisie van de GL accountants of Senior accountant.
- Assistentie aan de General Ledger Accountants en/of de Senior Accountant in ad hoc-opdrachten en projecten
**Wat jou onderscheidt**:
- Kennisniveau mínimaal Bachelor in Boekhouding en Fiscaliteit
- Je hebt relevante werkervaring opgedaan in een eerste accounting functie of je studeert af in een accountancy richting en bent bereid om veel bij te leren op korte termijn.
- Je hebt voldoende kennis van de Belgische boekhouding (volgens Belgian GAAP), BTW- en fiscale wetgeving
- Eerste ervaring met SAP S4/HANA is een plus
- Je beschikt over degelijke kennis van gebruikelijke software tools zoals Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent in staat om positieve werkrelaties te onderhouden
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans. Je hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en je spreekt vloeiend Engels.
