**_Syncura_**_ is _**_toonaangevend syndicus_**_ in België met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in vastgoedbeheer. Intussen telt Syncura _**_145 medewerkers_**_ die instaan voor het _**_dagdagelijks beheer van de gemeenschappelijke delen_**_ van residenties, assistentiewoningen en bedrijfsvastgoed._
- Vandaag de dag heeft Syncura 44.000 kavels in het beheer en 15 kantoren, verspreid over Vlaanderen en Brussel. Onze ambities blijven groot en ook de komende jaren voorzien wij verdere _**_groei_**_._
- Syncura maakt bovendien deel uit van _**_Emeria Group_**_, een Europese leider op vlak van residentiële vastgoed diensten. _Je komt dus terecht in een _**_financieel zeer stabiele organisatie_**_ met _**_werkzekerheid_**_ op lange termijn._
- Om ons tof team in Hasselt te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een _**_Accounting Officer._**
**Wat ga je doen als Accounting Officer?**
Als** Accounting Officer **binnen Syncura ondersteun je ons boekhoudkundige team inzake de volledige boekhoudkundige verwerking van de mede-eigendommen.
Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:
- Het voeren van een **dubbele boekhouding** voor de verschillende mede-eigendommen
- **Boeken van aankoopfacturen **en het klasseren hiervan
- **Het opvragen van provisies aan de mede-eigenaars** en het opvolgen van betalingen
- Het beheren van het reservekapitaal
- Zorgen voor de voorbereiding van de notulen van de SAV op boekhoudkundig vlak
- Het **opmaken van de budgetten**:
- **Opmaken van afrekeningen** voor de mede-eigenaars in samenwerking met de Property Manager
- Fungeren als het aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen over hun periodieke afrekeningen
- Bespreken van de afrekeningen met de rekencommissaris
Daarnaast vervul je een aantal administratieve boekhoudkundige taken.
