**Accounting Officer** voor hun vestiging in
**Brussel**.
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je staat in voor het** inboeken van de facturen en het uitvoeren van de betalingen.**:
- **Je verdeelt de kosten** onder mede-egeinaars aan de hand van verdeelsleutels.
- Je verzorgt de afrekeningen van de gebouwen en beheert het reservekapitaal.
- **Je volgt nauwgezet de betalingen van mede-eigenaars op **en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het debiteurenbeheer**.**:
- **Je analyseert het budget en de financiële situatie van de gebouwen**, ter voorbereiding van de algemene vergadering, in samenwerking met de property manager en de rekeningcommissaris.
- **Je deelt je inzichten en ondersteunt waar nodig**.
- Je informeert mede-eigenaars op een professionele manier bij vragen.
- Je werkt bij bepaalde projecten (vb. grote renovatiewerken) het volledige financiële dossier uit.
**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:
- A passion for numbers **Je bent cijfermatig ingesteld en werkt steeds nauwkeurig**.

- Yes to deadlines **Je kan goed met deadlines overweg**.
- Knowhow**:Je behaalde een bachelor in accounting en bouwde relevante werkervaring op.**:
- Skills: teamplayer, klantvriendelijk, leergierig, accuraat
- Basics: Je bent vlot in Nederlands en/of Frans (afhankelijk van de regio) en kan vlot overweg met IT tools, Excel met zijn formules en pivot tables voor data crunching ervaar je als fun. Ervaring met een VME software is een pluspunt.
- Je **communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én Frans** en kan vlot overweg met IT tools, zoals het Office pakket.
