Als **Project Manager Technical Services & Waterstof** ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor projecten voornamelijk voor Waterstof bij onze klanten, opstellen van standaarden, mee ontwikkelen nieuwe systemen, ondersteuning aan de business developer hydrogen. Naast de waterstof ook nog projecten in de industriële gassen bestaande uit tankplaatsingen, piping-projecten en toepassingen waarbij industriële gassen worden gebruikt.

Wat houdt het afwisselende takenpakket zoal in?

Je werkt technische offertes uit op vraag van de sales en doet technische voorstellen en ontwikkelt deze verder uit (voornamelijk voor de waterstof). Je overlegt met **klanten** over technische problemen, lost technische vraagstukken op, voert testen uit. Je stuurt **interne en externe techniekers** aan voor jouw projecten, draait in een beurtrol mee in de wachtdienst en denkt en werkt mee aan procesoptimalisaties en verbeteringsacties voor **je afdeling**.

Je bent een systematische denker en kan consistent en doelgericht werken. Je zoekt raad waar nodig, maar vindt zelf ook oplossingen en haalt hier voldoening uit.

Je bent **technisch geschoold** (bij voorkeur mínimaal industrieel ingenieur), sociaalvaardig, en houdt van afwisseling en schakelen tussen verschillende taken. **Projectmatig werken** en hoofd
- van bijzaak van elkaar onderscheiden is daarbij een evidentie. Je rondt zaken graag en snel af en hebt geen moeite met de noodzakelijke administratie.

Je bent iemand die werk ziet en zelfstandig kan werken binnen een team. Je durft **initiatief** te nemen en de verantwoordelijkheid die daarbij hoort schrikt je niet af. Je bent een kei in het delen en **overbrengen van je kennis**, en straalt **vertrouwen** uit naar onze klanten.

Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit ons HQ te Antwerpen Berchem, daarnaast is thuiswerken ook een optie.

Uiteraard heb je geen moeite met klantverplaatsingen in Benelux.

**Aanbod**:
**Glijdende werkuren**, zo kan je je werkdag starten tussen 7 en 10u en beëindigen vanaf 15.30u. Je bepaalt dus mee volgens welk ritme je je afgesproken aantal uren per week presteert.
